First Question: Do You Need Installation?

Before anything else, we start here. Do you need professional installation?

  • If yes: Visit our Need Installation? page to learn more about working with our trusted partner, Legacy Remodeling, for full-service project execution.

  • If no: Great. We’ll just need your project specifications. Please email all measurements, layouts, and contractor-provided details to info@wnhomedesignstudio.com so we can prepare accurately.

Once we know the direction, we move forward.

Please note if you are a referral from a trade partner, pricing will be provided directly to them.

Next Steps

Step 1: Book Your Appointment

Schedule a showroom appointment or a virtual consultation with our team. This allows us to dedicate focused time to your project and prepare in advance so your visit is productive and efficient. 

If working with Legacy Remodeling or another one of our trusted contractors they will assist in booking this for you at the initial in-home inspection. Walk-ins are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate you, but one of our associates may be meeting with another customer at that time. 

Step 2: Design & Product Selection

Meet with one of our knowledgeable representatives to:

  • Discuss your project goals

  • Explore materials and finishes

  • Compare options for durability and design

  • Review expected lead times

We act as consultants- helping you balance style, performance, and budget.

Step 3: Proposal & Visual Renderings

After selections are discussed, we will:

  • Prepare a detailed proposal

  • Provide visual renderings when applicable

  • Outline timelines and product specifics

This step ensures full clarity before any commitments are made.

Step 4: Finalize Specifications

Once materials are selected, we request all technical details from your installer. If you’re working with a contractor, we’ll ask them to confirm:

  • Exact measurements

  • Quantities

  • Layout details

If you’re working with Legacy Remodeling or another one of our trusted contractors, we coordinate directly with their team to ensure accuracy. Precision here prevents costly mistakes later.

Step 5: Approval & Payment

Once everything is confirmed:

  • Final material selections are signed off

  • Payment for materials is collected

At this stage, your order is officially ready to move forward.

Step 6: Ordering & Delivery Timeline

We place your order with the manufacturer and monitor the delivery timeline. Lead times vary by product, and we keep you informed along the way.

Step 7: Delivery Coordination

Once materials arrive:

  • We contact you and your installer immediately

  • Coordinate a delivery or pickup time.

  • Ensure materials are ready for delivery.

Step 8: Post-Installation Follow-up

After installation, we follow up to:

  • Confirm you’re satisfied with your products

  • Ensure everything looks and performs as expected

  • Request a review on your experience

Your feedback matters to us.

Post-Installation Support & Warranty Assistance

If something appears to be a potential warranty issue, contact us. We will:

  • Visit the site if necessary

  • Document the issue

  • Submit required information to the manufacturer

  • Assist you throughout the claims process

While warranty approval is determined by the manufacturer, we act as your advocate to help ensure proper documentation and resolution.
